  Not too much collection for a new store. But the price is a bit reasonable. Before thanks giving they are giving like 50℅ off to get customer. But on black Fri, it will be 40℅ as ppl will buy anyway...

  I went to Sunglass Hut on 02/11/2017 around 8:30pm at the Sunbury Outlets Store (400 S Wilson Rd, Spc 665, Sunbury, OH 43074). My wife wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses and the cashier(manager) said that she was having problems with her computer system which she rebooted 3 times and after each reboot the cashier had asked my wife to swipe the card and reassured us that we would not be charged 3 times. Well I guess she was wrong because after all we left the store without purchasing the sunglasses but the card was charged 3 times ($108.49) for a total of $325.47. I've called the store and cashier said that there is nothing she can do but she will talk to her manager and have her manager call me yeah right (I'm still waiting for the call and it’s been 5 days). I called the 1800 number and worked with a girl by name Molly she entered the dispute report on Monday 02/13/2017 and said she will call me in 24hrs with an update. Today is Friday 4 days later and I'm still waiting for Molly's call? So I called the 1800 number on Tuesday again asking for status I was told that they don't have any update for me and that someone will call me in 24hrs, again no call, I called again on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday and talked to few more people and still have no update and resolution. So finally today I made a Dispute Report with my Bank so I'm hoping that this issue gets resolved and I get my money back. Just to note that these charges are not listed in Pending Transactions my account is charged. I would give Sunglass Hut negative stars, unfortunately there isn't such option available. Worst Sunglass Hut and customer service I have received ever. The 1800 Corporate staff working there didn't even care about resolving the issue. I will never go visit this place again and will make sure to post this review to every review board I can find including BBB.
